2. Eligibility
By accessing our site and booking our services, you confirm that you:

Have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract.

3. Bookings and Reservations
Availability
All services, including dune buggy tours, are subject to availability. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Confirmation
Once your booking is successfully processed, you will receive a final confirmation email containing all your booking details.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date will be eligible for a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to severe weather conditions, security issues, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Safety Guidelines
Responsibility
All participants must strictly follow the policies and instructions provided by our professional guides during the adventure. Dunes Buggy Dubai will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from non-compliance with our security protocols.
Medical Conditions

Alcohol and Drugs
