What We Do With Feedback

Every booking ends with an option to leave feedback directly with our team. We use it operationally — if multiple riders flag the same issue, whether it’s wait times, a specific vehicle, or a briefing that felt rushed, we address it directly with the relevant guide or vehicle rather than letting it sit in a review inbox.
